Clothing Exchange Policy
Limited Edition, Clearance & Discounted items can not be exchanged.
Exchanges can ONLY be for store credit or for new size
You have 4 days after an items is marked delivered on the tracking to get an exchange. The item must come back in new condition, no signs of wear or damage.
Exchange for store credit
You can ether pay for your own label or have a label provided by us. If you get a label created by us the cost will come out of store credit. Please expect an amount of time before we send store credit through as it takes time (depending on what shippment you picked) we highly suggest choosing tracked shipping. If the shipment gets lost on the way back to us we can not send store credit.
Exchanges for a new size
For a exchange of a new size you will need to pay for your own label to send to us. We will pay for the new item being sent to you as that will be covered by us.
If the item size that you want is sold out once we receive your exchange. We will personally order a new item for you in the size you need from our manufacturers. An give you updates on the item being created.

Your item can be denied if it’s in poor condition including ripped, stain, smells, dirty etc
