Due to the nature of our products everything is final sale, no returns or refunds. It would not be sanitary for us to have returns without products
If there is a problem with your order within arrival you have up to 3 days after marked delivered to message us! And we will help you the best way we can. An if a refund is ever needed it will be placed into store credit.
If your item was damaged we can work with the shipping insurance of usps or ups to fund the replacement or refund your order
